American Heart Association requires that you have access to a book before, during and after class. **If you do not have one when you arrive, you will not be allowed to remain in class and will need to rescheduled and will incur an additional fee.** You may use a previous copy or borrow it from a friend, but you must be sure that it is the 2015/2016 American Heart Association version. Some college bookstores such as Portland Community College, as well as larger bookstores such as Barnes and Noble may have them for purchase and some college libraries may have them available for check-out. The following links can be used to access/download a digital version of the book, if needed.
